    It is produced by professional five-layer co-extruded blown molding process with a rigorous and efficient workflow: First, five independent extruders are used to melt and plasticize raw materials with different functions (such as enhancing barrier properties, improving toughness) at high temperatures; then, the five kinds of molten raw materials are accurately transported to the same composite die to realize the co-extrusion of multi-layer raw materials; after the extruded composite film material flows out of the die orifice, it is inflated by high-pressure air to form a film bubble, which is pulled upward by the traction system at the same time; during the process, the film bubble is quickly shaped by the cooling system, then flattened and trimmed, and finally wound into a flat PE film. The whole process ensures that the functional layers are tightly integrated and the performance is stable.
